摘要
资产管理公司的设立是金融机构不良资产处置的一项重要制度安排。从我国资产管理公司实际运作的情况看,有一些重大问题需要明确,包括资产管理公司的职能定位、发展方向、业务拓展和运行机制等问题。韩国资产管理公司的不良资产处置的基金制度、业务部门的动态弹性设计和资产处置方式的创新实践,为我国资产管理公司的进一步发展提供了可资借鉴的经验。
The NPLs of our commercial banks have affected the normal operation of the bank itself severally, and hindered the reform of financial system. The AMC is a very important arrangement for the safety operation of financial institutions. At present, our AMC still faces some important issues, such as the definition of its functions, the orientation for its development, the operating models and the security planning for the overall financial system. The experience of the KAMCO can help us a lot in the development of our AMC.
