摘要
目的:建立长梗绞股蓝总皂苷中长梗绞股蓝皂苷 B 含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:国产 YWGODS C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,10μm);流动相:乙腈-甲醇-0.2%磷酸(80∶10∶135);流速:1.0mL·min^(-1);检测波长:202nm。结果:长梗绞股蓝皂苷 B 在0.89～8.93μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率102.7%。结论:该法准确可靠,可作为长梗绞股蓝总皂苷质量控制的依据。
Objective ： To set up an assay method for the determination of longstalk gypenoside B in the total longstalk gypenosides. Methods： The samples was determined by HPLC on a YWG ODS C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm,10μm）. The mobile phase consisted of CH3CN - CH3OH -0.2% H3PO4（80： 10： 135）. The flow rate was 1 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was at 202 nm. Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 89 -8.90μg. The average recovery was 102. 7%. Conclusion ：The method is reliable,accurate. It can be used for the quality control of the total longstalk gypenosides.
