麦草粉对单纯性肥胖大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨麦草粉对单纯性肥胖大鼠胰岛素抵抗及血糖的影响。方法:34只Wistar大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型组和麦草粉组。模型组和麦草粉组以高脂饲料饲喂6w诱发大鼠肥胖模型,再灌胃给麦草粉4w,分批禁食20~24h,采尾血测定基础血糖,然后进行葡萄糖钳夹实验。结果:模型组基础血糖、胰岛素、TG、TCH、LDL和FFA明显高于对照组(P<0.05),麦草粉组与模型组比较,基础血糖、胰岛素、TG、TCH、LDL和FFA均呈非常显著降低(P<0.01),葡萄糖钳夹实验结果显示,麦草粉组葡萄糖输注速率(GIR)值非常显著高于模型组(P<0.01),增重率和脂肪垫比率显著低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:麦草粉可降低单纯性肥胖大鼠的血糖,调节血脂,改善胰岛素抵抗,有一定的减肥作用。 Objective: To study the effect of the ryegrass powder on the insulin resistance in obese rats. Method: Thirty four Wistar rats were divided into three groups by random: control group fed with normal diet, both obese group and ryegrass powder group fed with high lipid diet for 6 w and then the ryegrass powder group fed ryegrass powder of 0 and 2 g/(kg bw · d) respectively for 4 w. Then blood lipids, glucose, free fatty acid and insulin were measured. Euglycemic clamp technique was used. Results: The blood glucose, insulin, TG, TCH, LDL and FFA of the obese group were obviously (P〈0.05) higher than normal control, and those of the ryegrass powder group were obviously (P〈0.01) lower than the obese group The clamp study showed that the glucose infusion rate (GIR) of the ryegrass powder group was higher than obese group. Conclusion: Ryegrass powder can reduce blood glucose , regulate blood lipids and improve insulin resistance in obese rats.
