摘要
针对苯丙氨酸解氨酶的新型酶生物传感器非线性特性,依据最小二乘法理论,采用最优化技术,建立了标定最佳拟合直线的数学模型,编写了数据拟合程序,实际运行结果表明,该方法克服了生物传感器校正传统方法拟合准确度低的缺点.
A novel phenylalanine ammonia-lyase biosensor has been developed for the detection of the genetic disorder, Phenylketonuria in clinic. To solve the non-linear problem of a biosensor, the least square method and the optimum technique have been applied to build a mathematical model to evaluate the optimum fitting straight. The related computer-calculating program is also described. Finally, the experimental results have shown that the new method described can solve the low accuracy problem persist in other conventional fitting methods.
