摘要
采用静式吸入染毒从氧化损伤的角度观察了甲苯二异氰酸酯(TD I)对肝脏中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的影响,结果表明:在肝脏中仅仅是MDA的含量有显著性增加.多次染毒后,血清生化酶中谷丙转氨酶(GST)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(γ-GT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)均有不同程度的升高,说明TD I对肝脏有一定的毒性;而尿素氮(BuN)、肌酐(Cr)没有显著性改变,说明TD I对小鼠肾小球滤过功能基本没有影响.血清睾酮(TE)的含量仅在高剂量组时与空白组比较有显著性差异,说明TD I引发毒性作用的靶器官除了肺脏,还有肝脏和睾丸.
Tolylene Diisocyanate (TDI), the important industrial manufacture material, is widely used in the production of polyurethane, paints, insulation material and electronic components. After inhaled TDI,hepatic MDA,GSH,SOD of mice were determined. Results showed the content of MDA increased signifieantly in liver. After many times of TDI exposure, the content of GPT、GOT,γ - GT and LDH increased to some extent, which showed liver was also injured by TDI. While the content of BuN and Cr did not change significantly, which showed that TDI did not cause kidney injury. The content of TE in the serum increased significantly after high dose TDI exoposure. The new target organs of TDI are liver and spermary, besides lung.
