摘要
高等职业教育的发展依靠广大教师,教师教学能力结构是高等教育质量高低的决定因素,因此,教师应适时调整完善自己的能力结构。
The development of higher vocational education depends on college teachers. Teachers＇ teaching ability structure is the key factor determining the high education guality. So teachers should adjust and improve their own ability structure in time.
