摘要
塔里木河干流河道治理工程自2006年以来在多项护岸工程中采用了模袋混凝土护坡及充砂长管袋护底,可形成刚柔相济的完整护岸结构。模袋混凝土刚性护面能满足护坡需要的强硬度、密实性和耐久性,充砂长管袋柔性护底能阻挡水流对基土的冲刷,并紧随地形沉降变化防止地基淘蚀。这两种技术比传统的浆砌石、现浇混凝土或其他单一材料结构的护体效果更好,且质量高、造价低、施工快,尤其适合在石料匮乏、砂源丰富、气候寒冷、施工季节短的工程应用,是极具推广价值的护岸新技术。本文介绍了工程运用情况,并就有关材料使用和局部处理的方式提出一些看法,旨在促进今后更好地运用。
Since 2006,the techniques of mambrane bag concrete and long sand-filled bag are applied to the slope protection and bed protection respectively during the constructions of several bank protection projects for the improvement on the main channel of Tarim River,which can create a overall rigid and flexible bank protection structure.The rigid face-protection of mambrane bag concrete can meet the requirements of hardness,compactness and durability for the slope protection,while the bed-protection of long sand-filled bag can not only resist the erosion from water flow on river-bed soil,but can also follow the change from the topographical settlement to prevent the bed undercut.Compared with the conventional structures of stone masonary,in-situ concrete or the other single material structures,the protection effects of both the techniques are more satisfactory with the merits of high quality,lower cost and quick construction,which are especially suitable for the applications to those projects under the condition of scarce stone materials,rich source of sand,cold climate,short construction season,etc.,and then are the new bank protection techniques with the better values to be popularized.moreover,the operation of the improved project is introduced herein;in which some ideas on the use of the relevant materials and the modes of some local treatments are also put forward,so as to promote better application in the days to come.
