试论“两点论”在技校德育教育中的具体运用

摘要 江汉石油高级技校通过对"两点论"的实践,切实达到了育人效果。在德育教育的内容上,主要抓技校生的主体价值观教育,也抓技校生的心理健康教育、感恩意识和人格意识教育;在德育教育的主体力量上,主要抓教师的校内教育,但也重视家庭和社会的辅助教育;在德育教育的方法上,主要抓教师的正面灌输,但也重视养成教育的道德实践;在德育教育的对象上,主要抓差生的转化工作,也抓优秀技校生的示范工作;主要抓男生的日常管理,也不放松对女生的监管。 By applying 'Two Aspects Theory',Jianghan Oilfield Advanced Technical School has achieved tangible effect in education.Based on the theory,the author thinks that moral education should proceed with some aspects as follows: considering from its content,the school should focus on subject value education of the students at the same time on the education in their mental health,gratitude and personality consciousness;from its main force,it should rely on teachers' role in classroom,meanwhile on family and social assistant role;from its method,it should not only pay the main attention to teachers' positive education in class but to developing the students' moral practice of education;from its object oriented,it should do well in transforming the students who fall behind at the same time in setting an example of excellent students,and it should strengthen daily management of boy students but never overlook supervision and control over girl students.
