摘要
为了提高旅游电子商务的产业化水平,以问卷调查收集的第一手数据为基础,系统分析了旅游电子商务购买的影响因素.结果表明:全面信息、安全交易、便捷沟通和完善售后服务是促成旅游电子商务购买的核心因素;价格、个性化产品、良好文化和互动社区等激励因素的作用位居其次;游客的网络熟悉度和购物经验的作用最小.
In order to improve the tourism electronic commerce industrialization level,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the purchase of tourism electronic commerce based on the first-hand data from questionnaire survey.The results shows that comprehensive information,security trading,convenient communication and perfect after-sale service constitute the core factors;favorable prices,personalized product,good culture and interactive community are the secondly important factors;and visitors' familiarization with network and their shopping experience play the minimum role.
