摘要
目的调查吉林市地区汉族、朝鲜族健康男童性成熟度状况,分析性发育变化趋势。方法整群随机抽取吉林市9～12岁健康儿童359名进行性成熟度调查,汉族249人,朝鲜族110人。用Tanner's分期问卷评价儿童性成熟度,调查性器官分期和阴毛分期情况。结果随年龄增长,男童阴毛和性器官逐渐发育,性器官发育早于阴毛发育。9岁组男童性器官发育达Ⅱ期以上者占31.9%(汉族34.0%,朝族26.1%),9%出现阴毛发育(汉族13.2%,朝族8.7%)。12岁组汉族和朝鲜族儿童性器官和阴毛发育Ⅰ期分别为40.5%和55.4%,汉族性发育Ⅱ期中位年龄是11.17岁,朝鲜族性发育中位年龄是11.67岁,汉、朝族存在统计学差异(z=1.76,P<0.05),阴毛发育中位年龄民族间无差异,汉族男童身高明显高于朝族男童(F=7.09,P<0.01),汉族男童体质指数明显低于朝族男童(F=10.58,P<0.01)。结论汉族9～12岁健康男童性发育水平略高于朝鲜族男童。
Objective To provide population data and ethnic difference on pubertal development in a sample of 359 Han nationality and Korean nationality boys aged 9~12 years living in Jilin area.Methods A cross-sectional survey was used.Data for genital and pubic hair development(GD and PHD)were determined with a questionnaire of Tanner's stages.Results The boys started pubertal development at age 9:31.9%(34.0% for han nationality and 26.1% for Koran nationality)had entered stage 2 and stage 3 of GD and 9.0%(13.2% for han nationality and 8.7% for Koran nationality)showed PHD.At 12 years of age,40.5% and 55.4% were still in stage 1 of GD and PHD,respectively.The average age for attainment of stage 2 of GD was 11.17 for Han nationality and 11.67 for Koran nationality and significantly difference between Han and Koran nationality could be observed(z=1.76,P<0.05),but not in PHD.The height of the Han nationality boy's was significantly higher than Korean nationality boys after adjusted for age groups(F=7.09,P<0.01).The Han nationality boy's body mass index(BMI)was significantly lower than Korean nationality boys after adjusted for age groups(F=10.58,P<0.01).Conclusion Han nationality boys had an earlier sexual development for GD and less fatness than Korean nationality.
