摘要
目的:测定慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血浆中介素(Intermedin,IMD)和一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化,探讨其在该疾病过程中的作用。方法:测定54例CHF患者和16例健康体检者血浆IMD(放射免疫方法)和NO(硝酸还原酶法)的含量,CHF组按美国纽约心脏协会(NYHA)标准分为心功能Ⅰ或Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级3个组进行比较分析。结果:CHF组血浆IMD水平较对照组低33.4%,Ⅰ或Ⅱ级血浆IMD水平降低18.8%,Ⅲ级血浆IMD水平降低55.6%,Ⅳ级血浆IMD水平降低70.0%(P均<0.01);CHF组血浆NO水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),并逐级增加(P<0.05);IMD与NO呈正相关关系(r=0.41,P<0.001)。结论:CHF患者血浆IMD浓度降低和NO生成增加与CHF的严重程度相关,血浆IMD减少可能与CHF的进一步恶化有重要的关系。
Objective To determine the level changes of plasma intermedin(IMD) and nitric oxide(NO) in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF),and to explore their possible roles in the developmont of CHF.Methods The plasma levels of IMD and NO were measured by radioimmunoassay and nitrate reductase technique in 54 patients with CHF(including 24 of class ⅠorⅡ,18 of class Ⅲ,and 12 of class Ⅳ according to the criterion of NYHA)and 16 healthy controls,respectively.Results The plasma levels of IMD in patients were lower 34.4% than that of healthy controls,in which class ⅠorⅡ was decreased 18.8%,class Ⅲ was decreased 55.6%,class Ⅳ was decreased 70.0%(all P<0.01).The plasma levels of NO in patients were significantly higher than that of healthy controls(P<0.01),which was increased following the class increasing(P<0.05).The plasma levels of IMD and NO was positively correlated(r=0.41,P<0.01).ConclusionThe plasma level changes of IMD and NO may correlate to the severity of CHF,and the decreasing of IMD level may play an important role in the pathogenesis of CHF.
