摘要
目的:探讨全数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影对小乳癌的诊断价值。方法:对53例经手术病理证实的直径小于1 cm小乳腺癌X线特征进行回顾性分析。结果:类圆形19例,不规则分叶形34例;境界清楚10例,欠清26例,分界不清17例;毛刺征、棘状突起23例,结节伴钙化23例,结构紊乱28例,大导管相10例,异常血管10例。结论:钼靶X线是小乳腺癌首选的影像学检查方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of full-field digital mammography(FFDM) in diagnosing minor breast cancer.Methods The mammographic features of 53 patients with minor breast cancer that diameter under 1 cm confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results The mammographic features showed that the form were oval nodus in 19 cases,lobulated nodus in 34 cases;the boundary were clear in 10 cases,inadequate clear in 26 cases,un-clear in 17 cases;the marginal spiculated sign,spine-like process and calcification in nodus were both showed in 23 cases,structural disorder were showed in 28 cases,dilated ducts and abnormal vessels were both showed in 10 cases.Conclusion Full-field digital mammography should be firstly considered for diagnosing of minor breast cancer.
