摘要
以双孢蘑菇菌株AS2796为试材,选用双孢蘑菇床式栽培模式为对照,以双孢蘑菇筐式栽培模式为处理,研究了2种栽培模式对双胞蘑菇发菌速度、产量以及经济效益的影响。结果表明:筐式栽培模式较床式栽培模式发菌速度快0.7 d,产量增加0.7 kg/m2,利润减少11.3元/m2。但是栽培筐可重复循环利用,从长远经济效益考虑,筐式栽培模式更利于降低成本,适于发展循环经济。双孢蘑菇筐式高产栽培技术应用前景广阔。
Using Agaricus bisporus AS2796 as the material,the effects of shelf cultivation technology and basket cultivation technology on the hypha growth,yield and economic benefit were studied.The results showed that compared with shelf cultivation technology,the hypha growth speed of basket cultivation technology was 0.7 days faster,the yield increased 0.7 kg/m2,while the benefit decreased 11.3 yuan/m2.The basket could be reused.With long-term consideration of economic benefit,the basket cultivation technology was suitable for the development of recycling economy,which had a broad application prospect.
