马钢3号高炉热风炉破损现象及分析

摘要 热风炉的破损是其热风能力不足的重要原因,破损现象是很复杂的,研究破损现象有助于采取相应措施减少或避免热风炉的破损。马钢1000m3高炉热风炉利用限产停炉的机会对热风炉系统进行扒炉检查,发现热风炉出现多种破损现象:炉墙裂缝、燃烧室掉砖、隔墙开裂、格子砖渣化严重、炉箅子锈蚀烧损严重和立柱严重变形等。文中分析了造成破损现象的原因,并介绍了相应的改进措施。 Damages of hot stove are a major cause of insufficient hot blast.To study hot stove damages,which are often complicated,can help find and take relevant measures to prevent or reduce such damages.The hot stove system of Masteel's 1 000m3 blast furnace was raked out during a blowout and various damages of the stove were found including cracks in the walls,brick falling down in the burning chamber,cracking in partition walls,serious slagging of checker bricks,serious corrosion in the grates and deformation of the upright posts.Causes of these damages were analyzed and improving measures were introduced.
