摘要
利用液相克劳斯反应直接从烟气脱硫过程回收硫磺。考察了吸收液pH、NaHSO3和NaHS的添加顺序、NaHS添加量对硫产率的影响。在反应前将Na2S酸化、NaHSO3溶液的初始pH为2.3左右、n(SO32-)/n(S2-)为4.21的条件下,反应后得到的硫磺全部为斜方晶体(即α-硫),硫产率为58%。
Sulfur was direct recovered in flue gas desulfurization process by liquid - phase Claus reaction. The effects of absorbing solution pH, the adding order of NaHSO3 and NaHS, and the dosage of NaHS on the yield of sulfur were investigated. Under the conditions of acidifying Na2S before reaction, original pH of NaHSO3 about 2.3 and n( SO3^2- )/n( S^2- ) 4.21, the recovered sulfur powders are all prismatic crystals( α -sulfur), and the yield of sulfur is 58%.
