摘要
推导了应力为模糊变量、强度为随机变量的组合时,两端截尾分布下的模糊可靠性计算方法,并应用于排爆机器人设计中。应用基于模糊理论的两端截尾的可靠性计算方法,并与传统的概率可靠性设计方法相结合,摆脱过去单纯依靠经验设计短时、长间隔的特种机器人的弊端,缩短了研发周期。
This paper introduces a theory of cutting-off-tail distribution at two ends on the basis of theoretical distributions, in which the stress is a fuzzy variable and the strength is random one. The new reliability design method, combined with the traditional way, is applied in the design of the anti-explosion robot. The new method eliminates the past traditional way, which simply relies on the experience, developing a short-time and long-interval special robot, and shortening the development cycle.
