摘要
目的探讨小儿热性惊厥的临床特征和脑电图的特点。方法对122例小儿热性惊厥的临床和脑电图资料进行分析并对其进行随访。结果对122例热性惊厥患儿进行随访,单纯性98例中94例脑电图随访正常,有4例移行为癫痫,占4.08%;复杂性24例中9例脑电图随访正常,15例移行为癫痫,占65.2%。结论小儿热性惊厥是一种特殊的癫痫综合征,应重视临床发作和脑电图的特点,尤其应该强调的是定期复查脑电图是相当重要的。
Objective To investigate the clinical feature and electroencephalogram (EEG)characteristics in children with Febrile Seizure.Methods The clinic feature and EEG data in 122 children with febrile seizure were analyzed and followed up.
