摘要 以北京市交通管理实践为基础,以海量数据分析为依据,系统总结了高峰勤务的保障手段,对其运行效果进行了客观评估,深刻剖析其制约因素,并就如何破解存在的困难提出了意见以期为相关工作提供参考。 In recent years,the complex and fluid road traffic environment of Beijing is getting more complicated by the rush hour congestion,which also proves to be hazardous for traffic safety.Thus,the Traffic Management Department of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau aims to ensure a safe and smooth traffic situation,by establishing a security-oriented "Rush Hour Traffic Policing Mode"(RHTPM).This Mode features scientific management system,efficient evaluation plan,and emphasizes the "Dynamic Officer Disp...
