摘要
文章从图书馆对高校的重要性及临沧师专图书馆的历史与发展现状入手,提出图书馆践行科学发展观,以科学发展观来指导临沧师专图书馆实现稳定、较快发展,需要把握好几个重点问题,努力开创临沧师专图书馆建设的新局面。
The essay start with the importance of the library to higher education and give a brief account of the history of library development in Lincang Teachers College.Finally,the author argues that we must implement scientific development principles in order to open a new leaf in the library work in Lincang Teachers College.
