摘要
在乒乓球教学中,决定教学效果好坏的因素很多,有教学手段、方法,练习强度、密度,学生自身的基础,学习目的性,勤奋性等等,但教师教学的方法、手段及学生练习时间的长短以及对学生对技术掌握的熟练程度起着很重要的作用,在乒乓球教学课中应重视及提倡徒手持拍练习单项技术,并与步法移动相结合,为今后的移动击球打好基础。通过在乒乓课中增加对徒手持拍教学,有助于迅速形成对单项技术的概念,形成正确的技术姿式,合理的动作环节,强化持拍击球对肌肉动作的感觉,对今后技术的提高有着十分重要的作用,应该说合理的技术动作是打好乒乓球的关键,是乒乓水平不断提高的基础,因此如何合理地应用教学手段去让学生掌握好单项技术,既是教学重点,也是学生追求的目标。
Many factors can have great effects on the teaching efficiency of table tennis.Among them are teaching methods,practice intensity and density,the original background of students,their study determination and diligence.But most of all,the teaching methods,the time of practicing and the students' familiarity of techniques play a fundamental role.As teachers of table tennis,we should pay more attention to the individual technique of the bat-holding and combine it with pace-moving,which will set a sound base for the moving hits in their later performance.By enhancing the bat-holding technique in table tennis teaching,students can have a quick concept of the individual technique,form the correct technical posture and the reasonable action,and strengthen the sense of the influence from the bat-holding to muscle actions.All these are quite essential to the students' later technique improvements.In other words,correct technical actions are the key points of playing table tennis well,and also the base of continual improvements in table tennis playing.In conclusion,how to apply the teaching methods to promoting students' individual technique is our teaching focus as well as the chasing goal of students.
