摘要
目的加强血标本分析前的质量控制,提高检验准确性。方法运用企业流程再造的技术利方法,借助信息技术,对分析前血标本质量山现的缺陷,进行观察分析,制定相应对策,再造血标本管理流程并组织实施。结果临床科室对检验满意度达98%。血标本缺陷率由4.9%下降到0.63%,经X2检验,有显著性差异(p<0.001)。结论通过再造血标本管理流程提高了医护人员的素质和工作责任心,认识到分析前的质量控制的重要性,改进了服务模式,改善医、护、技二者的关系,提高医疗护理质量,提升病人满意度。
Objective To improve the veracity of laboratory examination by strengthening the pre-assay quality control in blood sample.Methods With the management of flowing reproduce and recurring to information technique,we analyze the objection of pre-assay quality control in blood and draw the relevant countermeasure which is called blood sample management of flowing process reproduce and carry into execution.Results The contentment degree of the clinical section office to the laboratory examination reaches 98%.The objection rate of the blood sample drops from 4.9% to 0.63%,which there is significant difference by X^2-test(P<0.001).Conclusions With the blood sample management of flowing process reproduce,We can improve our iatrical personnel diathesis and liability of job,know the significance of pre-assay qualitycontrol,and improve service mode and the relation of the doctor,paramedic and skilled personnel.And with the method we improve the quality of iatrical tend and upgrade the contentment degree of patients.
