体育青年志愿者招募的策划组织直接影响整个志愿者工作的运行,是实施招募程序的关键所在,合理、科学的策划组织有利于青年志愿者工作有效、积极开展。通过论证,以期探索出一个科学、有效的招募策划组织体系,推动体育青年志愿者的发展,为我国体育事业的发展更好服务。
