摘要
[目的]观察鱼腥草乙醇提取物对四氯化碳诱导的大鼠急性肝损伤的影响.[方法]将SD大鼠分为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组及大、小剂量鱼腥草乙醇提取物组.分别灌胃给予生理盐水、水飞蓟宾和鱼腥草乙醇提取物,共7 d,最后1天腹腔注射给予四氯化碳,检测各组大鼠血清中丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)值;采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法和硫代巴比妥酸法分别检测肝匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和丙二醛(MDA)水平.[结果]与正常对照组比较,模型对照组血清中ALT,AST,ALP水平显著增加;与模型对照组比较,大剂量鱼腥草乙醇提取物组血清中ALT,AST,ALP活性显著下降,胞浆中SOD和CAT活性明显提高,MDA水平显著降低.[结论]鱼腥草乙醇提取物对四氯化碳所致的大鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用.
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of ethanol extract from the Herba Houttuyniaeb(EEHH) for carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) induced acute liver injury in rats.METHODSSD rats were divided into control group,model group,positive control group,high and low dose of EEHH groups,and were performed by intragastric administration with normal saline,EEHH and silibinin for 7d,respectively.In the last one day,these groups except control group were injected to peritoneal cavity with CCl4.Serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP) were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer,and the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in liver homogenate were analyzed by using xanthinoxidase and thio-barbituric acid,respectively.RESULTSCompared with control group,serum levels of ALT,AST,ALP in model group were increased significantly.Compared with model group,serum levels of ALT,AST,ALP in high dose of EEHH group were decreased significantly,the level of SOD,CAT increased and MDA decreased in cytoplasm.CONCLUSIONThe EEHH has protective effects for CCl4 induced acute liver injury in rats.
