摘要
公共艺术教育现状反映出该教育自身学科体系的不够健全和有待完善,导致各类教学问题普遍存在于目前高校的公共艺术教育中,但现状出现的实质是该教育倡导的改革方向和原有的高校教育制度有了一定的冲突。本文试用新制度经济学的基本理论和方法,从路径依赖和利益集团这两个角度对公共艺术教育的现状长期存在的原因进行新的探究,并在此基础上提出建立高校公共课程建设的新平衡是当前公共艺术教育改革和发展应有的价值取向。
The status quo of public art education reveals the flaws in the disciplinary system,leading to all kinds of teaching problems in universities.But it is essentially the conflict between the reform advocated by public art education and the original higher education system.The paper probes into the reasons for the long-standing of the status quo from path dependency and interest groups with basic theory and method of new institutional economics.It holds that a new balance of college public curriculum establishment is the value orientation of the reform and development of current public art education.
