摘要
针对目前水电机组计划检修及状态检修方法存在的不足,提出了优化调整水电机组的运行状态,基于水电机组运行特点,以动负荷为水电机组稳定性的本质属性,计算了水电机组导轴承处的动负荷,判断了水电机组的运行状态,进而提出了相应的优化调整措施。
Aiming at the shortcomings of prophylactic repair and state repair mode for hydroelectric set at present,this paper discusses the optimization and adjustment of hydroelectric set running-state.According to the working feature of hydroelectric set,dynamic load is taken as the essential attribute of hydroelectric set stability.After computing dynamic load on the guide bearing,the running state of hydroelectric set is determined.Furthermore,the relevant adjustive measure is proposed.
