摘要
以轮边减速器的体积最小最为目标函数,建立了轮边减速器的优化数学模型。采用多岛遗传算法作为优化策略,并以铰接车轮边减速器作为算例。结果表明,此方法能够获得更好的结构最优解,有效的降低了轮边减速器的外形尺寸,证明了该方法的正确性和可行性,具有重要的理论价值和实际工程意义。
It was based on the minimum volume as optimal objective function of wheel hub reducer.It set up an optimal mathematical mode of wheel reducer.The multi-island genetic algorithm(MIGA)is adopted as the optimization policy.Experimented with a wheel hub reducer of articulated dump truck as an example,the validity of the method was proved.The results showed that this method can get a better optimal solution of structure,and reduce the wheel hub reducer's dimensions effectively.It has important theoretical value and practical engineering significance.
