摘要
研究了液体火箭发动机推力室扩张段的钎料布局及用量工艺方案,根据现有设备及生产条件选用正确的钎料,通过扩张段模拟试验件的钎焊试验,确定了钎料的用量及分布,并运用于正式产品的钎焊。经过检测,未产生钎料堆积及堵塞且符合设计要求的承载能力。
The technique of the solder distribution and quantity for thrust chamber divergent section of liquid rocket engine is discussed.According to the existing equipments and production conditions, proper solder was selected,and its quantity and distribution were determined based on the brazing testing of simulation UUT in the divergent section.The products applying to the above techniques were free of solder accumulation and blocking,and met the designed loading requirement.
