摘要
通识教育是高职高专教育改革的新课题。通识教育旨在提高学生的文化品位、审美情趣、人文素养和科学素质,从而提高学生的就业几率和就业质量。高职高专院校如何实施行之有效的通识教育,必须以就业为导向,从多方入手,才能实现通识教育的目标。我们认为,高职实施通识教育的策略主要包括:转变教师教育教学观念,强化通识学科体系建设,开辟通识教育学习园地,创新通识教育教学模式,变革通识课程评价体系等。
General education is a new research topic for higher vocational education reform. It aims to raise the cultural and aesthetic taste of the students,improve their humanistic and scientific qualities so as to enhance their employment rate and quality. How can the higher vocational college carry it out effectively? It is essential to be job-oriented. Only by trying their best in various ways can they achieve the goal of general education. The paper suggests that the strategies implemented in vocational college should mainly include following aspects:changing the teaching and education concepts of academics,enforcing the construction of curricular system,exploring the study garden,innovating the teaching and education mode and improving the assessment system of general education.
