摘要
近两年问世的胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)类似物,有提高β细胞质量和数量,改善β细胞功能。其促胰岛素分泌作用呈葡萄糖浓度依赖性,即只有在血糖水平升高时才促进β细胞分泌胰岛素,从而避免了严重低血糖的发生。GLP-1还可减轻体重,降低血压,调节血脂,降低心血管危险标志物水平,提示了多重心血管危险因素干预作用。并有直接心血管效应。可改善心肌梗死患者心功能。GLP-1还可以作用于中枢神经,增强学习和记忆功能,并起到保护神经的效应。
