摘要
目的 探讨他汀类调脂药对高血压病患者血压的影响.方法 将56例原发性高血压病且血脂正常的患者,分为他汀治疗组(30例)和对照组(26例),对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用氟伐他汀40 mg,每日1次,疗程半年,测定血压变化.结果 治疗后两组血压均有所下降,但治疗组更明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 氟伐他汀具有良好降压作用,使收缩压、舒张压均降低,并且与血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)、钙离子拮抗剂具有良好协同作用.
Objective To investigate the influnce of regulate blood fat drug fluvastatin to blood pressure of hypertensive patients. Methods Fifty - six casas primary hypertension and the normal blood fats patients, were divide into the treatment group (30 cases) and the control group (26 cases). The control group was given the conventional treatment, the treatment group added in the conventional treatment foundation with the fluvastatin 40 mg, daily 1 time, treatment course for a half year,measured change of blood pressure. Results Blood pressure decreased in the two groups after treatment, but the treatment group was more obvious, it had statistical significance between the two groups (P＜0.05). Conclusions Fluvastatin has a good antihypertensive effect, so that systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure are decreased, and with ACEI, calcium antagonists compound have the good synergism.
