摘要
[目的]观察大承气汤合桃红四物汤治疗老年腰椎压缩性骨折后腹胀便秘的疗效。[方法]腰椎压缩性骨折176例,平均67.5岁。用大承气汤合桃红四物汤加减辨证施治。[结果]最少服药1剂,最多服药3剂,优良率85.8%,无不排气者。[结论]大承气汤合桃红四物汤治疗老年腰椎压缩性骨折后腹胀便秘疗效显著,安全可靠。
[ Objective ] To observe the large Chengqi decoction cooperate Taohongsiwu decoction senile vertebral compression fractures, abdominal distention after constipation. [ Method ] Combined with large Chengqi decoction cooperate Taohongsiwu decoction dialectical therapy. [Results] One medication for at least a maximum of three medications, excellent rate of 85.8% , without exception, those who exhaust. [Conclusion] Large Chengqi decoction cooperate Taohongsiwu decoction senile vertebral compression fractures constipation, abdominal distention after effect is significant, safe and reliable.
