摘要
目的:探讨不同肥胖判定标准的差异及实际应用意义。方法:对入选441例健康体检人员分别测定身高、体重及体脂肪率,根据BMI、标准体重及体脂肪率三种不同肥胖判定方法分别计算男、女肥胖率。结果:根据BMI≥25 kg/m^2、BMI≥28kg/m^2、BMI≥30kg/m^2判定肥胖,男性分别为197例、90例和25例,女性分别为67例、35例和17例;超出标准体重20%者,男性150例,女性78例;体脂肪率男性≥25%者128例,女性≥33%者75例。超出标准体重20%判定肥胖和体脂肪率判定肥胖,男性、女性差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男性超出标准体重20%和体脂肪率判定的肥胖均分别与BMI≥25 kg/m^2、BMI≥28 kg/m^2、BMI≥30 kg/m^2判定肥胖的比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);女性超出标准体重20%和体脂肪率判定的肥胖均与BMI≥25kg/m^2判定肥胖的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与BMI≥28 kg/m^2、BMI≥30 kg/m^2判定肥胖的比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超出标准体重20%判定肥胖与亚太地区的体脂肪率判定肥胖标准相符。
Objective:To explore the difference of different calculating methods used to determine the obesity and it's significance in practical application.Methods:441 adults were measured height,body mass and body fat ratio.BMI and mass standard body were calculated with formula.Three calculating methods were used to determine the obesity in male and female respectively.Results:According to the BMI≥25 kg/m^2、BMI≥28 kg/m^2 and BMI≥ 30 kg/m^2,the obese men were 197,90 and 25 respectively,the obese women were 67,35 and 17 respectively. There were 150 men and 78 women that their body mass was over 20% standard body mass,and 128 men that their body fat ratio was over 25%,75 women that their body fat ratio was over 33%.While for obesity determination, there were not significant difference in adults 20% overweight and over standard body fat ratio(P>0.05).In male, people 20% overweight and over standard body fat ratio were significant different from those whose BMI were over 25 kg/m^2,28 kg/m^2 and 30 kg/m^2.While in female,people 20% overweight and over standard body fat ratio were significant different from those BMI were over 28kg/m2 and 30kg/m2 but not over 25kg/m2.Conclusion:20% overweight and over standard body fat ratio in Asian area for obesity determination are rational.
