摘要
以无水乙醇和不锈钢圈作为栓塞物,对13只犬的肝左叶门静脉2级分支进行了栓塞,分别于栓塞后10min、1周和2周时向肝总动脉、门静脉内注入不同颜色的乳胶颗粒。通过血管造影、乳胶颗粒的回收计数和肝组织的病理改变评协作用结果。无水乙醇的栓塞效果与注射量相关,栓塞后肝动脉血流量减少,肝细胞变性坏死。不锈钢圈栓塞门脉分支后,门脉闭塞效果迅速、完全,肝动脉血流量代偿性增加,肝细胞只有轻度萎缩而无坏死。
mbolization of grade 2
branches in the left portal vein was conducted with absolute alcohol
andsteel coil in 13 dogs.Emulsion granules in different colors were
injected into common hepatic artery andportal vein ten minutes,one
week and two weeks after embolization
respectively.Angiography,calcu-lation of emulsion granules and
histologic method were used to evaluate the effects.The effect of
abso-lute alcohol on embolization was directly related to the amount
of injected alcohol.Hepatic arterial blood flow decreased after
embolization.Degeneration and necrosis occurred at the site of
embolized area in-cluding both Glisson's sheath of parenchyma.Portal
branches were rapidly and completely obstructedby coil,whereas
hepatic arterial blood flow increased due to compensation.Necrosis
and degenerationrarely occurred.
