摘要
头孢唑啉钠系目前常用的头孢类抗菌素。临床常用输液配伍后用于患者静注。为考察其稳定性，采用紫外分光光度法测定了头孢唑啉钠的含量。结果表明：在５％葡萄糖溶液、生理盐水，５％加糖盐水中在不避光条件下２４ｈ内浓度下降低于３％，如冰箱放置可保存７２ｈ，甚至更长。
Cefazolin sodium is a commonlyused antibiotic in clinic,Its concentrations in com-monlyused infusion fluids were measured by ultraviolet spectrometer. The results showed that theconcentrations of cefazolin sodium in 5%glucose normal saline,and glucose saline decreased byless than 3%within 24 hours in lightunprotected coditions,If stored in refrigerator,the concen-trations could remain unchanged for 72 hours or even longer.
