摘要
8,14-二氢萨鲁塔里啶碱(DHS)和青藤碱(SIN)均系从青风藤根茎中提取的生物碱,已知青藤碱在抗心律失常方面有一定作用。实验观察DHS和SIN对高体大鼠工作心脏心功能的影响发现:82μmol·L-1SIN灌注正常高体大鼠工作心脏60min后,MAP、LVSP、+dP/dtmax明显下降,LVEDP、T值显著升高,说明SIN对大鼠工作心脏有抑制作用。82μmol·L-1DHS灌注后对心脏的收缩功能有一定抑制作用,但对舒张功能影响较小。提示DHS在保护心功能方面有一定的作用。
dihydrosalutalidine (DHS) and sinomenine (SIN) were extracted from the root of slnomenium acuturm Rend et voils.SIN possesses the antiarrhythmic effect.Effects of DHS and SIN were estimated in isolated working rat hearts.The experimented results are as follows:After perfusion of SIN 82μmol·L ̄(-1)for 50 min.MAP,LVSP and+dP/dt_(max)markedly reduced,but LVEDP and T value augmented.Results show that SIN has the inhibitory effect on cardiac function.DHS 82μmol·L ̄(-1) also has the inhibitory effect on the myocardial contractility function,but not that on the myocardial diastolic function.
