摘要
本文建立了高效液相色谱法（ＨＰＬＣ）测定舒脑胶囊人体血药浓度的方法，并测定了１３名健康受试者单剂量口服舒脑胶囊７０ｍｇ的血药浓度，结果表明舒脑胶囊在人体内的药代动力学模型符合单室开放模型，药代动力学参数：达峰浓度是０．３９５８±０．０１１μｇ／ｍｌ．达峰时间为３．２３２±０．０６５ｈ，消除半衰期为２．９１４±０．１３４ｈ，血药浓度曲线下面积ＡＵＣ０￣８３．１１３±０．０６４μｇ／ｍｌ．ｈ。
In 13 healthy volunteers,the bloodconcentrations of Shunao were measured by HPLC after a single oral 70mg dose of Shunao capsule.The results showed that the pharamacokinetics of Shunao could be described by a single compartment open model. The pharmacokinetic parameters were as follow: Cmax0.3958±0.011μg/ml,Tmax 3.232±0.065h,tv,2.914±0.134h and AUC0￣83.113±0.064μg/ml·h.
