青紫型先天性心脏病红细胞膜流动性及血液流变学

摘要 为探讨青紫型先天性心脏病红细胞膜性能的改变及其临床意义,应用荧光偏振法测定了31例患儿红细胞膜微粘度及血液流变学指标。结果:患儿红细胞膜微粘度及全血粘度、血细胞比容、红细胞聚集指数、刚性指数均显著高于正常组(30例)(P<0.01);膜微粘度与全血粘度、红细胞刚性指数呈明显正相关(P<0.01)。研究表明,青紫型先天性心脏病红细胞膜微粘度增高,流动性降低,可能是引起红细胞变形性差,血液粘度增加较为重要的原因之一。 To understand the change and clinical significance of erythrocyte membrane fluidity in children with cyanotic congenital heart disease (CCHD), erythrocyte membrane microviscosity and parameters of hemorrheology were determined in 31 patients and compared with 30 normal children. The results showed that the microviscosity,whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte rigidity and aggregation were higher in the patients than those in the normal children (p<0.01). Erythrocyte rigidity showed significantly positive correlations with membrane micoviscosity and blood viscosity in the patients. The findings indicate that the increase of erythrocyte membrane microviscosity,which demonstrates a decrease of membrane fluidity, may be one of the main causes inducing lower erythrocyte deformability and higher blood viscosity in CCHD.
