摘要
选择20例心脏瓣膜替换术患者,随机分成极化液组和对照组。结果显示对照组再灌注后血清心肌酶、心肌丙二醛(MDA)含量明显高于缺血前,而心肌三磷酸腺苷(ATP)和糖原含量显著低于缺血前。极化液组再灌注后心肌ATP、糖原、MDA含量与缺血前比较无显著性差异,血清心肌酶释放量较对照组低。本研究显示缺血前输入极化液可防治心肌缺血一再灌注损伤。
Twenty patients of rheumatic heart disease undergoing valve replacement were randomized into twogroups,(n=10 in each):The GIK group and the control group.GIK solution was infused via cannula into the subclavian vein prior to aortic cross-clamping in the GIK group at rates of insulin I U.kg-1/hr,glucose 1 g.kg-1/hr,KCI 0.25 mmol.kg-1/hr and the average amount of GIK solution infused was 102.9±13.7 ml.Ringer's lactate solution was likewisely administered instead at the same rate in the control group.As compared with those prior to aortic cross-clamping,serum LDH,CK,GOT activities and myeeardial MDA levels showed significant increase while myocardial ATP and glycogen levels exhibited definite decrease after reperfusion in the control group.However,myocardial ATP,glycogen and MDA levels showed no significant difference as compared with those before ischemia in the GIK group.The release of myocardial enzymes into the serum was comparatively less than those in the control group.The results showed that GIK was effective on the prevention of myocardial reperfusion injury with preeeclusion GIK infusion.
