摘要
为了解国人对米力农的治疗反应，本实验以慢性充血性心力衰竭（ＣＨＦ）患者为对象，观察了米力农单剂静脉注射的血液动力学效应及不良反应发生情况。１４例ＣＨＦ患者分为４组，剂量分别为２５Ｖｇ／ｋｇ、３７．５μｇ／ｋｇ、５０μｇ／ｋｇ及７５μｇ／ｋｇ。结果表明，米力农静脉注射可使充血性心力衰竭患者血液动力学得到明显改善，且疗效与剂量呈正相关。对国人来说，３７．５～５０μｇ／ｋｇ为比较合适的给药剂量。单次给药后，维持时间短暂，故应继之以静脉滴注维持。用药过程中患者一般耐受良好，可见室性心律失常。
In order to understand the hemodynamic effect and patient's tolerance,and find a proper dosage of intravenous milrinone for Chinese,fourteen patients with chronic congestive heart failure were divided randomly into four groups.The single intravenous doses in group A,B,C and D were 25,37.5,50 and 75μg/kg,respectively.The results showed:Single dose of intravenous milrinone improved the hemodynamic state markedly in these patients,and the effects correlated positively to the dose administrated.The proper dose of intravenous milrinone for Chinese patients is 50 μg/kg.The tolerance of patients to single dose milrinone was excellent except the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia during the observation period.Since the therapeutic effects persist only a short period after a single intravenous dose,continuous intravenous drip of the drug is recommended.
