摘要
应用中心线法、轴固定法和轴浮动法3种方法,定量分析了33例冠心病和11例正常人左室电影造影的节段室壁运动,探讨不同方法检出冠心病患者节段室壁运动异常的准确性。结果显示,中心线法、轴固定法和轴浮动法检出心肌梗塞患者节段性室壁运动异常的敏感性分别为86.4%、77.3%和68.2%,特异性均是72.2%,准确性各为81.8%、75.8%和69.7%(P>0.05)。
The left ventricular regional wall motion of the ventriculogram in coronary artery disease(CAD) was quantitatively analysed with the centerline method,fixed axis system and floating axis system.The subjects were divided into CAD group(33 cases) and normal control group(11 cases).All of the subjects undervent coronary angiography and left ventriculography.The results revealed that with the centerline method,fixed axis system and floating axis system,in a total of 2343 segments,segments of regional wall motion abnormalities (RWMA) were 685,648 and 558(p<0.05),and segments of akinesia and dyskinesia were 344,190 and 153(p<0.0001),respectively,The sensitivities of diagnosing CAD with RWMA were 66.7%,48.5%,and 33.3%(p<0.05),respectively,the specificities were 81.8%,90.9%and 81.8%(p>0.05),respectively,and the accuracies were 70.5%,56.8% and 45.50%(p<0.05),respectively.It is concluded that the centerline method is the most accurate in the quantitative analysis of RWMA in CAD among the three methods.
