Abstract Hyaluronidase activities of testes and epididymides in rats were obviously inhibited by T4po at dosage of 0.1 mg·kg-1/d for 7 weeks.T4at dosage of 0.1mg· kg-1/d for 3 weeks decreased GSH content in epididymides in rats. However,in vitro T4 at concentration of 1 0μg/ml was found to exert no effect on the content of malondialdehyde in testis or H2O2 in testis and epididymis microsornes in rats.
