摘要
本文运用Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归模型，对周围静脉输液外渗和１４个可能与外渗有关的护理行为因素进行分析。分别经前向法和逐步剔选法筛选，最终被选入方程的因子（Ｐ＜０．００１）完全相同：输液所选的血管曲直、血管充盈、入针手法、有无肌肉附着、固定胶布条数。该结果对全面理解护理行为因素对周围静脉输液的影响提供了科学依据。
The extravasation of venous transfusion and 14factors of nursing behavior were analysed by using Logistic regression model in this paper.The author adopted method forward and method stepwise respectively in screening,the risk factors(P<0.001)were the same.The multiple logistic regression suggested that there were five factors:vascular flexure,angioplerosis,injection mode,cohesive muscle and number of fixed adhesive plasters.The result provided the scientific basis for comprehension of the effect of nursing behavior factors on peripheral venous transfusion.
