摘要
本文报道了桥小脑角上皮样囊肿44例,按临床表现可分为三型:(1)单纯三叉神经痛型,此型易误诊为原发性三叉神经痛;(2)桥小脑角占位型,易与听神经瘤、桥小脑角脑膜瘤混淆,CT扫描可明确诊断;(3)颅内压增高型:主要表现头痛、呕吐、眼底水肿。本文着重阐述了各型的临床特点,并对本病的手术要点和注意事项进行简要的讨论。
From 1961 to 1987, 44 patients with cerebellopontine angle epldermoid cyst were treated surgically. There were 23 males and 21 females. Their ages ranged from 22 to 62 year old. Among them 29 cases were considered cured, 9 improved,one derteriorated and there were 5 death. Another 9 cases got aseptic meningitis.The clinical features,diagnosis and treatment are discussed.
