摘要
对以次氯酸钠为主要成分的力得消毒剂的一些性能进行了检测。以其含有效氯８００ｍｇ／Ｌ溶液作用１０分钟，可将枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞全部杀灭，以含１０００ｍｇ／Ｌ有效氯溶液作用２分钟可完全破坏ＨＢｓＡｇ。加入１０％小牛血清可减弱杀菌效果。室温下放置３４天，有效氯下降７．９４％。
The germicidal efficacy and other properties of Lide disinfectant containing
sodiumhypochlorite as the main component were observed in experiment.The results showed
thatthe disinfectant solutions containing 100,200 and 800 mg / L of available chlorine
couldcompletely kill Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and spores of Bacillus subtils
var.niger in 10 minutes and the solution containing 1000 mg / L of available chlorine with a
2minute contact time could completely destroy HBsAg. Stability test indicated that the available
chlorine content of the stock solution decreasedby 29.20%aner storage at 57℃ for 14 days.by
7.94%and 39.68%after storage at roomtemperature for 34 days and 273 ddys respectively.
