摘要
本法以氢氧化钾和硬脂酸乙酯生成的脂肪酸皂为乳化分散剂,使蔗糖和硬脂酸乙酯在熔融物系中直接发生酯交换反应合成蔗糖酯。适宜的反应条件为:蔗糖:硬脂酸乙酯:氢氧化钾:碳酸钾(催化剂)的摩尔比为1:1.5:0.5:0.036;反应温度130℃,压力(1.33-9.33)×103Pa搅拌下反应4小时。所得粗产物的酯得率89.9%。
In this method, KOH and fatty acid ethyl ester reacted first and changed partly into neutral soap as an emulsifying agent which makes sugar and fatty acid ethyl ester react directly into sugu ester in melting state. The reacting condition is: sugar: ethyl: steasrate:KOH: K2CO3 (mol ration) = 1: 1. 5: 0. 5: 0. 036, 130℃ , (1. 33 - 9. 33:) ×103Pa,reaction time 4h. The rough yield 89. 9 %.
