摘要
研究了正常人和有、无口渴多饮史的糖尿病患者各6例的加压素释放、渴感与血浆渗透压(血渗)的关系。所有受试者均以每分钟0.06ml/kg体重的速度静脉滴注5%NaCl溶液2小时,于滴注前、后测定血浆葡萄糖(血糖)、血浆钠、血渗及血浆加压素水平和渴感程度。结果表明静脉滴注5%NaCl可使三组血渗明显增高、血浆加压素水平增高及渴感增强。但糖尿病组血浆加压素水平增高幅度明显低于正常组,糖尿病两组之间差别不明显。无口渴多饮史的糖尿病病人渴感增强程度明显不如有口渴多饮史的糖尿病病人及正常人,后两组差别不明显。说明糖尿病病人加压素储备减少,无口渴多饮史的病人存在渴感减退。
The changes of the plasma sodium,plasma osmolality,plasma arginine vasopressin (AVP) and thirst scales immediately before and after a 2-h intravenous infusion (0. 06ml· kg ̄(-1)/min) of 5% sodium chloride in 6 healthy volunteers and 6 diabetics with the symptom of thirst and 6 diabetics without thirst were reported. The plasma AVP level was determined by radioimmunoassay. Thirst intensity was estimated by means of a linear visual analogue scale. Results showed that infusion of hypertonic saline caused rising in plasma sodium and osmolality together with increasing in thirst perception and in plasma AVP in all three groups,but the level of plasma AVP was lower in the two diabetic groups than in healthy control and the scale of thirst was lower in diabetics without thirst than in those with thirst and healthy control.These observations suggest that diabetics without or with thirst have low AVP reserve and diabetics without thirst have thirst perception defect.
