摘要
作者对30例糖尿病病人和35例健康人对照观察了红细胞变形指数,显示糖尿病病人的红细胞变形指数(0.63±0.42)显著高于对照组(0.31±0.14,P<0.01),且糖尿病病人的红细胞变形指数与HbA_1C呈显著正相关(r=0.618,P<0.001),结论认为糖尿病病人的高糖状态引起红细胞中HbA_1C含量升高,改变了红细胞膜的弹性和液态流动性,是导致红细胞变形能力下降的主要原因之一,并对其影响微循环的机理进行了讨论。
Erythrocyte deformation indices, HbA1C, glucose in 24h urine and serum level of TCh were measured in 35 heas thy subjects and 30 patients with diabetes mellitus. Erythrocyte deformation indices of the patients were significantly lower than that of the controls (0.63±0.42 vs 0.31 ±0.14, respectively, P<0.01), and closely correlated to HbA1C (r= 0.618, P<0.001). But there were no significant correlations between crythrocyte deformation indices, glucose in 24h urine and the serum level of TCh. The possible causes of the decrease of erythrocyte deformability were discussed.
