摘要
通过猪眼角膜单向拉伸系统试验来确定其显著的非线性应力—应变关系。若合适地考虑一试件的松驰应变,就可发现测出的应力—应变数据非常适合于用来描述典型胶原组织的幂指数函数。在不同伸长比下测出了应力松弛程度。进而确定连续松弛谱中的三个参数。根据角膜纵向和横向的本构方程以及应力松弛的结果来看,角膜属各相异性材料。然而建立各相异性的模型存在困难,若把角膜视为各相同性的材料只是一个初步近似的假定。
Specimens of pig corneas were tested in uniayxial tension system to determine nonlin-ear stress-strain relation. The measured data showed especially suitable, for description ofexponential power function relation of typical collagenous tissues under appropriate ac-count of specimen slack strain. The level of relaxation was measured at different stretchratios,and three parameters of continuous relaxation spectrum determined Acccording toconstitutive equations and relaxation levels of longitudinal and transverse directions ofcornea; the pig cornea was anisotropic in character. However, since anisotropic model ishard to devise,it is only a preliminary assumption to take cornea as isotropic biomaterial.
