摘要
以猪心为原料在pH4条件下提取细胞色素C,以凝胶层析法代替离子交换法纯化细胞色素C更具有优越性。还讨论了提取分离纯化过程中可能影响产品质量的一些因索,并对如何改进工艺过程,提高产率和纯度作了分析。
Using pig heart as material, the experiment is to extract cytochrome C from the pig heart under pH4 condition. The result shows; to purify cytochrome C by gel chromatography instead of ion-ex-chang chromatography is more advamagious. We also discuss some factors which may possibly affect the quality of the products during the extracting of separate purification and we analyse about how to improve technical processing, productivity and purity.
