摘要
本文对目前国内外重质碳酸钙的应用和生产工艺进行了综合论述和评价，介绍了两种重质碳酸钙生产新工艺，颚式破碎机－辊磨－立式搅拌磨和颚式破碎机－辊磨－气流磨，通过这两种工艺流程前者可获得－４５μｍ８９．８０％，后者可获得－５μｍ９１％的微细产品。
With review and assessment of applicatious and production processes of heavy-media calcium carbonate present in China and oversea countries,two kinds of new processesof manufacturing the heavy-media calcium carbonate are introduced,the one,jaw crushing-roller grinding-vertical agitating milling and the other one,jaw crushing-roller grinding-air-flow grinding. Fines products of 89.80%in -45μm and 91%in -5μm can be obtainedthrough the two kinds of processes respectively.
